if you like Asus Eee PC netbook, Now, a New ASUS Eee PC release from Asus the 1005PX. The 1005PX will ship with either 1GB or 2GB of RAM. Now Asus give more colorful for their slim portable netbook available in pink, red, white, black and blue.

Just like the new 1001PX is different from the 1001P, the 1005PX will be somewhat different from the 1005PE. It is expected to be a budget model with a tempting low price, and also feature the classic Windows XP operating system. But I expect it to also be available with Windows 7 for a little extra.

Asus has entered in to budget-laptop segment with its new series called K50IJ-C1. Asus is well-known for its high quality, but its prices are not always low. But now Asus has made a strong move by producing K50IJ-C1 mainstream notebook in the budget-laptop segment. Look wise, the Asus K50IJ-C1 is as good as any other mainstream laptop. It has sleek and glossy design and its LCD has a wide-screen aspect ratio which makes it appear heavier than 5.7 pounds. It has well structured touch pad and shiny and metallic left and right clicks buttons. With price range starts at $ 676, the K50IJ-C1 offers above-average performance in the midsize laptop with a 15.6-inch screen segment.

The Asus K50IJ is a very well build up laptop. The chassis is pretty solid, made from a mixture of glossy and matte plastics and doesn’t suffer from the flex or screeches that are common to cheap plastics. The palm rests are glossy, nice and large and the full-size keyboard with dedicated number pad is very comfortable for typing for a full day at work. The only weaker area of it is the plastic covers over the screen axis which can crack with just a little bit of pressure.

It has 15.6-inch wide-screen LCD with resolution of 1,366×768 pixels which delivers high-quality pictures. Most of the note books available today have glossy screens but the K50IJ-C1 had a different story. It tends to show glare in bright lighting conditions.

According to Asus, the K50IJ-C1 notebook has a unique “Ice Cool” design, which is supposed to maintain a temperature lower than 98 degrees Fahrenheit. But that’s not been the case as after a few hours of use the touch pad felt much warmer than the palm rests.

• Full size 15.6 inch screen with nice color, brightness and very good resolution.
• Full sized keyboard, very convenient to use.
• Good design.
• Fast wireless connectivity and built-in webcam & microphone for better connectivity.

• Minimal External Ports.
• Touch Pad Response not very promising at high speed movement of cursor.
• Option of upgradeability is very limited.
• Integrated Graphics are not good enough for any 3D gaming.

Why you should buy it?
But the question is why you should buy this notebook? The answers are:

• It gives excellent entertainment when you are traveling.
• Low weight so very easy to carry with.
• Good performer at an affordable price.

So if you don’t need to upgrade the system recently and you don’t have any problem with its ports, you won’t find any better option than this gadget at its price range. The Asus K50IJ-C1 15.6 Inch Laptop is a good laptop and provides the best value for money.
